Old House - Holiday Complex - Sunny Beach, Bulgaria 

The complex consists of parking lot, pool, children’s playground, barbecue, 24 hour security and green areas. The building face south – the sea, and, with the chosen distances, provide the best sunshine in the premises from September to June, and shade in the south premises in the summer.
     The total residential area of the complex in 2 309 sq. m. Each building has a common warehousing premises for lounges, inflatable mattresses, bikes, and a premises for servicing of level floor one.
     The design of the complex allows for around-the-year use for residence. The buildings have full outside insulation. All premises have independent air-conditioning heat/cold. The hot water supply is done by individual electric boilers for each residence. The power supply takes into consideration the winter peak load of installation. The water pipes are insulated.
     The area of the complex is fenced with a metal fence. The access is limited to the owners and their guests.

- Cable: TV cable for each living room and bedroom, cable for telephone;
- Infrastructure: provided power supply; water supply, sewerage, external pool, parking lot, children’s playground, 24 hour security, barbecue, planting and utilities as per design;

IN CASE OF ADDITIONAL AGREEMENT, SUPPLIED, AT WISH OF THE CUSTOMER, ARE:
Old House - Holiday Complex - Sunny Beach, Bulgaria- Air. conditioning: independent air condition split - installations /hot - cold/ for each premises;
- Kitchen equipment and furniture – sinks, mixture batteries, cupboards, absorbents, cookers, refrigerators, etc.;.
- Furnishing of kitchens, living rooms and bedrooms;
- Security contract with licensed ÑÎÒ /Signal-Security Equipment/ company;
- Cable TV contract.



NOTE:
- In case of purchase of residence, an annual fee is agreed for subscription servicing of genera parts of the complex, swimming pool, 24 hour security.
- The areas include the common parts;

The first floor has an entrance, a spacious living room with a dining room and a kitchenette box and a toilet, also it has a staircase to the second level, which has a little corridor, a bathroom with a toilet, and two bedrooms with terraces.
The villas are luxury finished, constructed of reinforced iron-concrete and brick masonry and fully heat and water isolated.
The villas are amphitheatrically situated which fits the terrain and thus each property has a gorgeous view toward the whole Sunny Beach sea resort and the sea.
